Anydesk How To Set Unattended Access

AnyDesk is not on our list of the best remote support software. First of all, the platform is not robust enough to provide dedicated support in medium and large companies. Also, their cheapest plan is slightly more expensive than Zoho Assist, which we consider to be the best remote support solution for most people.
However, it would be unfair to skip AnyDesk entirely. Specifically, its free plan offers everything you need for personal use, including a file manager, remote printing, desktop sharing, and interactive access. Their paid plans also provide collaboration and other essential remote support features you may need.
How to keep your AnyDesk account secure
AnyDesk has a variety of security features that ensure your remote access connections are always encrypted and secure. However, there may be a time when you need to revoke permissions from once-trusted devices or further protect your account by changing your password. Let’s see how you can revoke permissions to connect to your device in the AnyDesk software from your PC and set up a strong password that makes it hard for even your most trusted friends and colleagues to guess.
To revoke permissions to connect to your PC, there are two options:
What is AnyDesk unattended access?
AnyDeskUnattended access is a secure method of accessing a remote device without the physical presence of anyone around the device. You can take control of the remote device and use its file manager, clipboard, audio, screen to draw, etc. It is also possible to record a video of the remote session.
The AnyDeskunattended access plan is free for personal use and available as a monthly subscription for business users. Also, you can sign up for a 14-day trial license to explore the paid features.
Step by Step Procedure
1. First, install the application. If you haven’t downloaded the app yet, please visit AnyDesk. Once you have downloaded the app, a temporary version will be installed. To install the correct PC version, click «Install AnyDesk».
2. Click «Agree and Install» 3. Click «Set Password for Unattended Access»
Anydesk audio is not working.
Make sure «Stream audio output from this desktop» is enabled in the audio settings. Also, go to the «Security» > «Unattended Access» tab and «Remote User Permissions» sections and allow other users to listen to your computer’s sound output.
Make sure «Control my computer’s keyboard and mouse» is checked. In some cases, starting AnyDesk as an administrator on the remote side can resolve this issue.
