Once you open the AnyDesk for Android app, you will see a number titled «Your Address» on the home screen. Give this number to the person you want to share your screen with and tell them to enter it into AnyDesk. The field is named «Remote Desktop» or «Remote Address», depending on the application.
With your first session request, you’ll also receive a security message, urging you not to grant access to anyone you don’t know. Make sure you trust the person who contacts you and agrees to the request. Now you can start your presentation and everything you do on your phone will be visible to your guest.
How to download and configure AnyDesk
The basis for the operation of AnyDesk is the DeskRT codec. This, developed by the company itself, is capable of compressing and transferring the image of a device «without any problem, even with a bandwidth of only 100 kb per second.» It does not require any kind of strange configuration on the part of the user, to the point that no program should be installed on the computer. It is an executable that you will launch only and exclusively when you want to use it.
For those who care about security. AnyDesk uses TLS 1.2 and RSA 2048 encryption to verify user identity
Remotely access an Android device from another Android using Anydesk
Similarly, you can control an Android device from the PC, or even another Android device. To do that, enter the AnyDesk address of the Android device you want to remote control into the AnyDesk app on the Android device you want to control it from. On the Android device that you want to access from another device, tap START NOW and tap OK. Once you do, you should immediately see your screen mirrored to the other Android device. See the screenshots below:
Besides AnyDesk, there are many other apps and tools that can help you control an Android device from another Android or PC. You can use TeamViewer, InkWire or AirDroid and AirMirror duo apps. When it comes to ease of use, InkWire comes second only to AnyDesk.
Applications like AnyDesk and TeamViewer QuickSupport have also given rise to many mobile scams. So, I suggest you uninstall the app from your friends or parents’ device after you are done. For any further issues or queries, please let me know in the comments below.
