How To Use Keyboard On Anydesk

Every support engineer knows the benefit of Anydesk app being used for remote support connection. But it can be really difficult if you can’t connect to a remote system when the system user is not available to help you with something like opening the login screen to enter username and password. One of the issues that could occur is if you are trying to press Ctrl + Alt + Del on the system and you are having a very difficult time getting the system to respond simply because you have not enabled that feature in the Anydesk application.   1. Waiting for the image.
  2. This desktop is not available. Make sure AnyDesk is running on the remote computer and is connected to the Internet.
  3. AnyDesk is not connected to the server. Please check your internet connection.

How to Remote Control a Windows PC with AnyDesk on iPhone

First, you need to download and install AnyDesk on the computer you want to establish a remote connection with. You will also need to install the AnyDesk app for iPhone and iPad from the App Store before beginning the procedure.

  1. Open AnyDesk on your Windows PC and make a note of your computer’s AnyDesk address located in the left pane. Now, click on the lines icon located in the upper right corner of the window and go to «Settings».
  2. Next, go to the «Security» section and check the «Enable unattended access» box as shown in the screenshot below. You will be prompted to set a preferred password.
  3. Now open the AnyDesk app on your iPhone or iPad.
  4. Enter the AnyDesk address of your computer and tap «Connect».
  5. Now, type the password you set on the desktop client and tap «Apply». Enable the option to sign in automatically from now on, to avoid having to enter the password every time you connect to your PC.
  6. This will establish the remote desktop connection. You can swipe from the left or right side of your screen when your device is in landscape mode to access the on-screen keyword for typing. To end the remote desktop session at any time, simply drag your finger to the «X» icon at the bottom after swiping left or right.

AnyDesk Mouse Actions

These are the actions you can perform from your device to use your remote mouse. In “Touchpad Mode:”

  • To move the mouse, slide your finger across the screen.
  • To left click your mouse, just touch your screen.
  • To right-click your mouse, tap and hold on your screen.
  • To click the middle mouse button, tap the screen with three fingers.
  • To scroll down the screen, swipe the screen with three fingers.
  • To hold down the left mouse button and move the mouse, double-tap and hold the second tap. You can drag and drop and select an area with this action.
