Before starting the procedure, you will need to download and install the AnyDesk app from the Apple App Store. It is free to download and use. Once you have installed it, just follow the steps below.
Open the «AnyDesk» app on your iPhone or iPad.
You’ll notice your AnyDesk address as soon as you open the app. This address will be used by any other AnyDesk user to connect to your device.
Go to anydesk.com/download on your computer using a web browser and install the software on your PC. Now, open it and type the AnyDesk address of your iPhone or iPad. Click «Connect» as shown below.
You will now receive a notice within the AnyDesk app on your iOS device. Touch the «record» icon.
Next, tap «Start Broadcast» as shown in the screenshot below to start the screen sharing session.
As you can see here, you can now view the screen of your iOS device on a computer using AnyDesk.
What is the use of AnyDeskUntended Access?
Managed service providers use AnyDeskunat attended service providers to manage infrastructure and customer endpoints remotely. As a result, services such as security, monitoring, infrastructure, and network management can be handled efficiently without the physical presence of experts at the customer’s premises.
IT teams and team leaders in multinational companies also rely on AnyDeskunat’s supervised remote access solutions to access any information or file on any device, even when the employee is not around.
Try a different Wi-Fi network
You may now have specific problems with your current network. Your ISP could be blocking ports or addresses used by Anydesk to establish connections. You can test the same by trying a different Wi-Fi network. If you can use Anydesk on a different network, your ISP is probably blocking the ports or addresses that Anydesk uses.
If you don’t have access to a different Wi-Fi network, you can try using a public Wi-Fi network or your mobile device’s hotspot. Both of these connections should help you troubleshoot and identify if your ISP is to blame for the problems with Anydesk.
Anydesk audio not working.
Make sure «Stream audio output from this desktop» is enabled in the audio settings. Also, go to the «Security» > «Unattended Access» tab and «Remote User Permissions» sections and allow other users to listen to your computer’s sound output.
Make sure «Control my computer’s keyboard and mouse» is checked. In some cases, starting AnyDesk as an administrator on the remote side can resolve this issue.
