What is the use of AnyDeskUntended Access?

Managed service providers use AnyDeskunat attended service providers to manage infrastructure and customer endpoints remotely. As a result, services such as security, monitoring, infrastructure, and network management can be handled efficiently without the physical presence of experts at the customer’s premises.

IT teams and team leaders in multinational companies also rely on AnyDeskunat’s supervised remote access solutions to access any information or file on any device, even when the employee is not around.

Try a different Wi-Fi network

You may now have specific problems with your current network. Your ISP could be blocking ports or addresses used by Anydesk to establish connections. You can test the same by trying a different Wi-Fi network. If you can use Anydesk on a different network, your ISP is probably blocking the ports or addresses that Anydesk uses.

If you don’t have access to a different Wi-Fi network, you can try using a public Wi-Fi network or your mobile device’s hotspot. Both of these connections should help you troubleshoot and identify if your ISP is to blame for the problems with Anydesk.

Anydesk audio not working.

Make sure «Stream audio output from this desktop» is enabled in the audio settings. Also, go to the «Security» > «Unattended Access» tab and «Remote User Permissions» sections and allow other users to listen to your computer’s sound output.

Make sure «Control my computer’s keyboard and mouse» is checked. In some cases, starting AnyDesk as an administrator on the remote side can resolve this issue.
